Does The Bible Teach Flat Earth?

An examination of the topic that has lead many truth-seekers astray

This is a topic I am quite well-versed in, and it is by the revelatory comment of a gnostic (though informative) moron that I was inspired to write this piece. His name is Rurik, and if it ain’t the political goings-ons in Russia do not listen to a word he says. Although his internal info on Russia is top-notch and better than anyone else, do not even try to read his metaphysics series, it’s garbage.

So many (especially poor Rurik, the Christ Cuck) are convinced that the Bible teaches flat earth, and that the church rigorously enforced a belief in flat earth until ~500 years ago ala Galileo. Why do people believe this plain falsehood, and where do these lies come from?

Here, I will explore this and give good sources for discerning.

I found this article on the topic, which is quite thorough and righteous. It’s worth a read for the thorough researcher, but if you just want the cliff notes I am here to provide. Some make it out to be a big topic, but it is actually quite a small and readily-dismissed topic.

Truth is, even the evil Catholic Church did not reject the notion of a spherical earth; no not even once in its history: they merely rejected heliocentrism. These are Catholics, remember: all life on earth revolves around them. How dare the Earth revolve around the sun, when the Earth has Catholics on it? OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

Even the ancient Greeks knew the Earth to be a sphere. It is from the original experiments by Eratosthenes in the 3rd century B.C. from which we derive the first (known) figure for the circumference of the Earth: ~24,000 miles, and this is remarkably similar to modern models (modern figure is 24,901.461 miles).

For the complete math of different flat-earth models, refer here. This is a pro-flat-earth set of mathematics as well, and what you’ll notice is how inconsistent the results and models are. Is the sun 2,000 miles up or 3,940 miles up? That is a 2 times difference, exponentially more than Eratosthenes’s figures from the 3rd century BC and today. Eratosthenes’ figures (an avowed polymath) are extraordinarily close to what we know today, with the benefit of air travel and satellites and missions to space. Ask a flat earther to explain any of that, and they can’t. His figure is literally a 3.75% deviation from modern scientific understanding, but SOME people give credence to the theory that has a 2x or more variance with no proof or evidence. Yes, the Earth is flat for sure cuz you said so!

“Bro it’s all a conspiracy and literally everyone working at NASA, the weather service, the air force, every space company, and all airline pilots are lying.” Yeah bro, you’re totally right just based on what you say because you don’t even have a consistent alternate model for how The Earth works.

I personally know an airline pilot that is very red-pilled, and if anybody would expose this fraud, it’d be him. NOPE, he’s piloted flights around the world and this flat earth bullshit has no place in his mind nor any evidence in his experience. 0 explanation for seasonal variations or flight paths, just “the guv has a big ice wall around the planet and won’t let people through”. All this dumbass speech despite the fact that multiple cruises circumnavigated the Earth before the modern era, and many more since then. Fuck Magellan, that dude was white!

Wait, we’re in favor of Western Civilization but we’re hating on its greatest achievements? Nah, you’re dumb, it’s gaslighting time, servant! Believe me, servant, not your lying eyes.

Where are the GPS satellites and how do they “orbit”? How do seasons (variations in the angle of the sun) occur if the sun is super close overhead and orbits a flat plane? How about the day and night cycle? NO YOU ARE A CRAZY HELIOCENTRIST!

I have flown, from America, cross-pacific and trans-atlantic, and everything I witnessed and all the flight plans matched up perfectly with a spherical Earth. I talked on the phone with my parents from China with a +14 hr time difference. It was almost the opposite time of day for me as for them, but it still perfectly aligned with spherical time-zones. Flat earth cannot explain that.

Trans-Pacific, they actually turn the planes upwards towards the north-pole because it’s so far (and the doppler-effect west-to-east jet stream in the northern hemisphere is very strong and airlines have been pricing this in and planning for this for literal decades) that the curvature of the Earth and the jet stream saves them fuel economy to go north over Alaska and the ring of fire, rather than straight west to China. Also they wanna fly north of North Korea cuz they know those bitches be crazy. Not even the Chinese airlines will fly over that hellhole. I saw North Korea (the northern part of the peninsula) from the window of my plane coming to South China, leaving from Los Angeles (34° north) and North Korea is at a latitude of 37-43° North, my destination Guangzhou was at 23° north latitude. These airlines make profit and live-or-die based on their numbers, so what do flat earthers have in response to this reality? I’ve flown over it all so I know that they’re bullshitters that know nothing.

Sure, yeah, I’ll believe some internet crank rather than my lived experience of travelling both trans-pacific and trans-atlantic multiple times via aircraft myself. It could not physically be possible for them to be right, otherwise all airlines and satellite operators would be out of business. My personal lived experience invalidates their wack-ass claims: it is how I was taught in school; for once in my life they taught the truth about this: the Earth is a globe and you can circumnavigate it. Your flat-earth model wouldn’t work in reality, sorry boss.

What evidence to flat earthers provide? Nothing. Absolutely nothing, no explanation, just gaslighting stupidity. I won’t even quote a word on this topic because it is too heinously moronic to repeat.

Flat Earth itself is almost definitely propagated by the Central Intelligence Agency. I view it as poisoning the well, or poison milk: it is a hypothesis with no evidence which is propagated by hostile entities to intellectually undermine their enemies. When you think about it, what is more perfect? Convince your ideological enemies and dissidents of insane ideas, which they latch onto due to their extreme skepticism, and that idea undermines their authority and legitimacy as it is blatantly false.

The evidence in favor of a heliocentric, orbital, spherical planet model is: everything. It sufficiently explains the day-night cycle, flight-times on Earth, different times-of-day on Earth, seasons, doppler effect and weather + climate, moon phases, the tracking of the stars across the sky on a regular year-long cycle… the list goes on. Spherical Earth (and planets) + heliocentrism explain absolutely every natural phenomena we can observe on this planet with a near 100% accuracy.

I’ll put a minor allowance in for Earth-centrism, it’s possible but very unlikely that all bodies revolve around Earth. Do you think God would give us such cause for pride?

Flat Earth is busy stumbling into the restroom to take a leak cuz they can’t even explain the day-n-night cycle. Don’t even ask about seasons.

From a physical and evidence-based perspective, Flat Earth raises dramatically more questions than it answers. What explains the real and observable weather/climate patterns that people genuinely experience, if the sun is so close? (AKA why do seasons exist?) Why is one half of the planet dark while the other half is lighted up at all times? Calculations abound for how high the sun must be to produce these results, but they are wildly inconsistent, and there is no widely agreed-upon model for flat earth (they’ll never reach a firm conclusion as it’s CIA propaganda). The variance in this new theory is much more than the variance in calculations for Earth’s circumference from over 2,000 years ago vs. today. What about eccentricity and the change of seasons? It makes no physical sense.

We have dramatically more evidence and capability, but shittier theories than over 2,000 years ago? Oh yeah, “the moon landing was also fake.” What more demoralizing, anti-West position can you hold? You might as well be a Soviet agent. Reeks of anti-west liberalism and demoralization.

Now, what does Scripture say?

The Hegelian Dialectic

In brief, the claim that Rurik made, which is that the Bible claims the Earth is flat, is: Wrong, wrong, WRONG!

So very many are deceived and do not know the truth on this subject, and it personally pains me a great deal. This CIA (and Mossad, MI6, etc.)-operated disinformation campaign has captured so many dissidents, who are otherwise sound and have great information to share, but they do not know when they’ve been duped. It is a targeted campaign to discredit skeptics and purveyors of real information. It is all by design to loop truth-seekers in with ridiculous COINTELPRO flat earth thinking. It is so readily, demonstrably false, that if you don’t know the falsehood, it just means you’ve never been outside of the US or Europe.

Flat Earth makes no logical nor physical sense, but they (the dissenters) disbelieve logic in this instance as the normal model must necessarily be wrong as it comes from liars. This is the presupposition being used which leads to flat earth as the conclusion. When the authorities say anything, it must necessarily be false.

They have fallen afoul of the dialectic. The dialectic pins you into one of 2 extreme positions: you accept it all or reject it all. These “skeptics” have capitulated to the dialectic, but chosen to ‘reject all’ rather than ‘accept all’. By doing so, they believe themselves to be right and true, when they are fundamentally reactionary: and not in a good way. To land in the negative space of the dialectic like this necessitates a fundamental rejection of truth as a concept.

This is the perversion and true evil of The Dialectic: even honest, well-meaning truth-seekers can be turned into tools for the agenda. It is so perverse today. No matter how bad you think it is, it is 10 times worse than you’ll ever know.

Everybody chooses from the options given to them under the dialectic, and it is only 2: Total Acceptance or Total Rejection. After this, sometime later, comes Synthesis from the two extremes: this is the magic of the dialectic. Put another way, it is: problem, reaction, solution. Problem is the old view, reaction is the new view, solution is the dialectical synthesis that conveniently serves our bankers of a certain persuasion. This pattern has been repeating for 200+ years to get us here, and it is not leaving until the average person understands it.

God’s Word

Now, as promised, let’s examine the actual biblical narrative on flat earth. Or rather, what flat earthers refer to first and foremost: twisted scriptural references. This is a great compendium of out-of-context verses used to demonstrate flat earth. Let’s start from the beginning for you heathens (looking at you Rurik),

Genesis 1 (whole chapter, ESV):

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness.

When did God say the Earth was flat in here? Trick question: you’ve already been owned by flat-earthers, lamelord! Earth is totes flat based on Genesis 1. Did you miss it? Yeah, actually, so did I: I didn’t read anything about the shape of the Earth itself in this entire chapter, and I’ve also checked it against Strong’s concordance, a critical source for any serious believer. No arguments for flat earth so far, let’s continue.

Job Verses from the flat earth compendium: literally worthless to this cause and meaningless. I get that most people are very naïve and ignorant of Scripture, in fact: the great majority of American “christians” are SO FUCKING MUCH MORE NAIVE AND IGNORANT OF SCRIPTURE THAN I EVER COULD HAVE EXPECTED, and willfully so, that I doubt they can ever even learn the truth in the face of overwhelming evidence. I have divorced them: I am in the bride of Christ, not the bride of Frankenstein.

There’s many more out-of-context verses I can pull up for flat-earthers, but I’m tired. I’m exhaused. I hate striving against morons that strain at gnats and swallow camels. I’m sick of it, I’m tired of it: I have no more to say on this issue. I instead invite you to present me with some stupid out-of-context bible quote, the likes of which spawned Schofield Zionism, all of which are totally against The Holy Spirit and the spirit of Anti-Christ, and show me with your demonic falsehoods where God’s Word says the Earth is flat. Fuck Rurik he is an absolute fucking idiot, never read his metaphyisics.

I apologize to you dear reader and follower if that offends you, but it is the truth in my real, lived experience: Americans, and pretty much all westerners, are cooked: they will not learn, nor repent, and they are damned for this reason. They’re confirmed Schofield Dispensationalists or Catholic (Orthodox is the same) idolaters. I didn’t make them this way, I just observed them this way since 2020. FLAT EARTH IS NOT BIBLICAL

I reiterate here my original source, which is much more thorough on the topic but also long-winded. This is a far more thorough debunking of flat-earth and explanation than I am willing to give. I won’t give the stupid idea as much place and historical context as this man does. I merely provide solid reasoning for those that can understand, and resources for those that can learn.

Here is Rurik’s first essay on the great metaphyisics conspiracy, notice how vacuous it is and how uninformed he is on Sound Biblical Doctrine. He isn’t alone: the overwhelming majority of “christians” in the Western world (especially American) have never even heard of Sound Biblical Doctrine. Literally, they have never even heard of the term or concept, which is central to the Brit Chadasha or New Covenant: taught from Matthew through Revelation. They have literally never heard the new covenant of Christ, and have no understanding of the old Mosaic covenant, but they believe themselves to be “christians”, because con artists sold them a vision where they can have the whole world and heaven too! Yet they love national Israel which genocides their Palestinian Christian brethren… It is so heartbreaking how awful it truly is. Conclusion

Please, if you have ever had a church of ANY denomination teach this concept of ‘sound biblical doctrine’, tell me. I really want to know, because I have never found a single church of ANY denomination that even uses this term which is spread throughout the entire Brit Chadasha: New Covenant (AKA New Testament). These churches have 0 understanding of Sound Biblical Doctrine, and it doesn’t even matter what denomination: megachurch slop: 0. Catholic: 0. Orthodox: 0. All denominations (incl. Church of Christ): 0. American and most Western Christianity is totally cooked: 0 value. Palestinian Christians sound amazing though, maybe I’ll relocate and literally get dismembered for a good community, cuz it don’t exist in the US of NARCISSUS. Thanks Trump! As the wise men say: bad experience is worse than no experience. Disavow them all and have no fellowship with traitors.
